Awesome! We are here to help. First thing is to use the calendar below to see if the weekend is open. If the calendar says full, that time is fully booked and we have no opening. However, if it says partial, that means we do have an opening as our facility is large enough to handle two groups at a time! Take a look and then let us know what you'd like to do and how we can help. When you are ready to submit an application, please download the documents from the document center on the right.

Click on "Download Application & Info" and read through the packet. Once you fill out the information, you will need to mail the following documents from the packet along with your $500 deposit. You can mail your packet to El Shaddai Retreat Center, 3000 FM 884, Yorktown, TX 78164. Be sure to send the following signed documents:
1. Reservation & Rental Agreement 2. Liability Form 3. Chapel Use Agreement If you wish to email your packet, remember we can not secure your date until we receive your deposit of $500.00. You print out the following liability form and make copies for each person attending or you can send them here to download and fill it out themselves. We must have a signed form for each person on the retreat the day of arrival. If the person is a minor, it must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
